Delete your account

You can delete your DoYouKno account from the app:

1. Open Profile in DoYouKno.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion.

Deletion removes your active account, associated game history, social connections, push tokens, account-linked analytics events, content reports and current and pending profile photos. Payment references and opponents' duel history are retained for the purposes described in our privacy policy. Backups and temporary caches may contain earlier information after deletion.

When you delete your account, we cancel your Stripe web subscription. Cancel subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play in the relevant store to stop their renewals.

Cannot open the app?

Send a request from the email address associated with your account to support@doyoukno.com. Include your username so we can identify the account. If your account has no email address, or you have lost access to it, you can still contact us with your username and sign-in method. Never send passwords, sign-in links or card details. We may ask for additional verification to protect your account.
